Cookies are small text records stored on your device by your web browser. LocalStorage is a browser storage mechanism that persists after the browser tab is closed. Both are used to identify your session and preferences.

2. How We Use Cookies

  • Essential Authentication: We store secure session cookies generated by Firebase Authentication to keep you signed in securely as you navigate between different app dashboard screens.
  • Workspace Preferences: We use LocalStorage to remember your active Organization ID (`adradar_active_org_id`) and active Workspace ID (`adradar_active_ws_id`) so that your client filters persist when you refresh the page.
  • Analytics & Errors: We use performance logs and analytics (like PostHog and Sentry) to record page errors, load times, and button clicks, helping us optimize the dashboard layout.

3. How to Manage Cookies

You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, because our session validation depends on essential cookies, disabling them will prevent you from signing in and accessing the AdRadar dashboard.
